Wine:
The 2018 Côte Rôtie Côte Blonde Red originates from a small, unique plot planted in 1934, and it's shaping up to be an outstanding wine. This ancient parcel, now among the oldest in the estate, was planted by German prisoners at the end of World War II. It yields a wine that rivals a Premier Cru, aged two years in barrels. This process imparts a mature and impressively balanced character, blending deep, fresh flavors with a tightly woven, elegant structure. Its smooth tannins and notes of black fruits and spices make it a remarkable discovery and a great choice for connoisseurs.Vinification:
