PACKAGING
Once in our warehouses, the bottles are repackaged in packaging that is designed and manufactured in France by us. All packaging is rigorously tested, and we prioritize manual assembly to ensure the highest quality possible.
As a result, our breakage rate is nearly zero.
STORAGE FOR 30 DAYS IN OUR WAREHOUSES
This complimentary service allows you to store your orders in our temperature-controlled warehouses, enabling you to consolidate them to qualify for free shipping. The maximum storage duration is 30 days from the first order using this service, which sets the storage expiration date.
You can, however, trigger the shipment of your wines at any time by visiting "My Stored Orders."
DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT
Not always at home?
Opt for delivery by appointment!
The carrier will send you a message via email or text to inform you that your order has been dispatched to the delivery agency. This message will include the agency's contact number. You can then reach out to the agency to schedule your delivery at a convenient time.
PICK-UP POINTS
When you place your order, you can also opt for delivery to a pick-up point near you. Our network of partner stores offers extended opening hours, allowing you to pick up your parcels at a time that suits you best: early in the morning, in the evening, or even on weekends.
Once your order arrives at the pick-up store, you will receive an email and a text message notifying you of your package's availability. Remember to bring your ID when you go to pick it up.
