Wine:

With impressive mastery, the 2022 red Sancerre is pulpy and precise, framed by a ripe and dynamic structure. At perfect maturity, it is an exemplary Pinot Noir, with beautifully structured sap, featuring a superb length that is finely extracted and delicately saline.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, sorted, blend of whole and de-stemmed grapes, cold maceration, native yeast fermentation, 20-day vatting period, aged 15 months in truncated wooden vats.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
