From sandstone terroirs, the 2022 white Alsace Mémoire pays tribute to the estate's founder with a unique blend of Chasselas, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat Ottonel. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and century-old oak foudres, and aged on its lees, this complex and refined white wine offers impressive volume and energy. Its lovely fruity profile, centered around orchard fruits, extends into a precise, infused, and vibrant structure. Fresh, light, and highly drinkable, it pairs beautifully with tarte flambée, cooked fish, or cheeses. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
