Carried by exuberant perfumes, the 2018 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape delivers a superb expression of the appellation. Notes of juicy pear, white fruit, and fine honey mingle in a palate of broad volume, fine and fresh at the same time. The citrus zest finish is beautifully lively and extends this magnificent display of balance. Rated 91/100 by Parker.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.Maturation for 8 months, for 1/4 of the harvest in barrels and demi-muids, of which 50% is new wood.
