With a gorgeous light yellow hue, the Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins Blanc 2016 is the perfect example of a Chardonnay from Burgundy. After opening with scents of lush yellow fruit, white flowers and notes of brioche, it reveals a well-balanced and very fine substance. Harvesting by hand, fermentation in barrels of which one third are new, 15 months' barrel ageing on the lees for part of the wine and the remainder in vats.Color:
