Wine:

Airy and seductive, the 2014 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Mondorion is a remarkable achievement. Its finely textured tannins, ideal concentration, and precise balance make it stand out. The carefully calibrated aging enhances a rich aromatic profile of black fruits, cedar, and roasted coffee, while the silky texture underscores its elegance. A wine of impeccable craftsmanship.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand, fermented in concrete vats and matured in 12-month French oak barrels, one-third of which are renewed each year.

Color:

Deep purple.

Nose:

Aromas of black fruit mixed with notes of cedar and roasting.

Palate:

Concentrated yet refined, with flavors of perfectly defined fruit. This cuvée impresses with its dense, polished texture, exquisite tannins, and perfectly balanced aging, offering an ideal combination of structure and smoothness.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
