Wine:
The 2018 Red Bordeaux Supérieur Fleur Haut-Gaussens is a pure marvel of ripe fruit aromas and consistency. This is Bordeaux as we love it, with a hint of black truffle on the nose, dark berries, black currants and a sober oakiness. The tannic structure is not lacking but it is not harsh and crafts a wine of nice energy and power. To be enjoyed slightly chilled, with an entrecote or beef chuck with carrots.
