Fine on the nose, aromas of spices (white pepper, ginger, cardamom) and passion fruit.Palate:
On the palate, the wine is fat and fresh, with exotic and slightly spicy notes.
Temperature:
Serve between 10 and 12°C.Food and wine pairing:
Black pudding, comté cheese, crustaceans.Cellar aging:
Enjoy up to and including 2019The elite of Alsace wine-growing, Domaine René Muré wines are devilishly soft and captivating. The estate's careful practice of organic farming kindles this effect. Big and fat but without residual sugar, the wines have an irresistable fleecy character and a unique texture on the palate....almost carnel!
