Wine:
It's the perfect synthesis of the terroirs of the southern Rhône Valley! The 2020 red Côtes-du-Rhône Cuvée 100% amalgamates most of the southern sectors, around 156 high-altitude plots, offering a full-bodied, fragrant juice, dominated by notes of herbs, spices, black fruits and light roasting. All soil types express themselves here, with a wide variety of grape varieties making up an original, complex cuvée. Much more than a "simple" Côtes-du-Rhône, this red gives 200%; a perfect blend!Vinification:
Hand-harvested from 156 plots located at altitude on hillsides covering almost 100% of the terroirs in the southern Rhône valley.Vinification carried out separately for "couples" of grape varieties of similar maturity. Cold maceration of Syrah and Mourvèdre.
Aged 40% in Allier French oak barrels and 60% in concrete vats.
10% reserve wines in the blend to soften the tannic structure and add tertiary aromas.
