100% Chasselas, the 2022 white IGP Vin des Allobroges Un p'tit coin de paradis offers a skilful, pure expression of the grape variety, with a fresh, floral nose of lime blossom leaves. The wine then develops a consistent, pure, almost saline juice with a touch of minerality. A delicate, light wine for seafood, lake and river fish.Vinification:
Hand-harvested in 2 or 3 passages, fermented at 16° in 500-liter demi-muids, then aged for 7 to 9 months.Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.
