Wine:

Vinified and aged without any oak influence, the 2023 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape captures the essence of its terroir and the five grape varieties that comprise it: Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, with a touch of Bourboulenc and Picardan. Completely Mediterranean in character, it opens with a fresh nose featuring smoky notes, flint, and a hint of floral aroma. The palate reveals a rich fruitiness while maintaining great purity and brightness in a refined, delicate, and very fresh style. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Partial de-stemming, traditional vinification. Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months on lees.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Fresh with white-fleshed fruit aromas, citrus zest, a delicate floral touch and subtle mineral notes.

Palate:

Well-balanced, round and complex, with fine pear, peach, lychee and mango flavors, lively acidity and a long, saline finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Grilled sardines, poultry ballottine with lemon cream sauce, grilled salmon with sage.
