Wine:

What a palette of intense flavors! The 2008 Château Coutet displays a treasure trove of finesse and savory notes, including orange blossom, orange marmalade and candied citrus. This palette of very pure aromas slips admirably into a smooth and creamy palate. This great sweet wine remains very graceful, elegant and of great persistence. Enjoy it with a beautiful exotic dish. Rated 96/100 by our Selection Committee!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermented and aged for 18 months 100% in new French oak barrels.

Deep copper gold with golden highlights.

Nose:

Intense and pure with notes of orange blossom, orange marmalade and candied citrus.

Palate:

Fine and tasty, an impeccable liqueur that has retained a great freshness. Very charming, this great sweet wine is graceful, elegant and of great persistence, with a nervousness that only it possesses.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Exotic dishes, slice of goose liver with fresh mango or dried apricot chutney, apple pie.
