The 2022 Red Bierzo Vizcaina La Vitoriana is a wine of remarkable finesse, aged in large wooden vats. From north-facing terroirs that bring a cool freshness, it presents with elegant precision—a style reminiscent of Burgundy, yet surprising for this region. The nose opens with intense aromas of red berry purée, with just a subtle hint of oak, keeping the profile fresh and vibrant. The texture is dense and juicy, with a concentrated yet velvety mouthfeel and exceptionally silky tannins. At this price, it’s an incredible find! Rated 94/100 by Parker.Vinification:
