A founding house of Champagne, established in Reims in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck has always been cherished by enthusiasts. In recent years, it has undergone a significant qualitative shift, now focusing on gastronomic champagnes with lower dosage and made from rigorous selections.
This new direction has taken shape under the leadership of its new cellar master, Emilien Boutillat, who succeeded Régis Camus in 2018. The evident stylistic evolution is fully reflected in recent releases, particularly the Cuvée Brut, which embodies the house's gastronomic ambition and the essence of the Piper style.
