Cuvée Symphonie, with its finesse and freshness, is the perfect introduction to the House's wine style. It is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes from the Maison Sainte Marguerite vineyard, as well as from plots belonging to partner winegrowers, harvested and vinified by Enzo and Olivier Fayard together. Despite demanding weather conditions in 2023, the two brothers succeeded in producing a generous, high-quality harvest, resulting in a well-balanced wine. Symphonie Rosé 2023 thus offers aromatic richness, a floral framework and notes of white-fleshed fruit, while retaining a freshness and finesse characteristic of the Sainte-Marguerite en Provence style. This diversity enables the creation of organic wines with rich, complex aromas. With 47 years of expertise handed down to the new generation represented by Olivier, Enzo and Sigolène Fayard, the Sainte-Marguerite estate produces quality wines that celebrate the heritage of a century-old vineyard, worked with passion.
