A pure Cinsault vinified without added sulfur, the 2021 red Vin de France GenAlpha is an ode to gourmet pleasure. Its fresh, fruity flavors of red berries and spices are supported by crisp tannins and a supple structure. A little light in alcohol, certified biodynamic, it's the perfect accompaniment to cured meats, pissaladière or fillet of beef with pepper sauce.Vinification:
