Wine:

The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of great depth—rich and balanced, predominantly driven by Pinot Noir, which provides structure and intensity. It features a brioche character with a hint of toast from the reserve wines and a small portion aged in large barrels. This iconic cuvée boasts a distinctive vinous character, incorporating up to 45% reserve wines, carefully selected to ensure the quality and consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style.

The Clicquot Cooler combines style and functionality: designed to keep champagne at the optimal temperature for an hour, it's perfect for picnics.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%°) and Pinot Meunier (20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.
