Made from 1.3 hectares of 80-year-old Grenache, the 2020 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape Baron de Montfaucon is the elite wine of the estate. A marvelous wine of finesse, complexity, flavor and depth, it offers a beautiful spicy palate, carried by a ripe flavors of fruit and supple tannins. Hand harvested. Total de-stemming then fermentation for seven days and vatting for 21 days. Aged for one year in barrels and 10 months in concrete tanks.Color:
