The 2022 white IGP Collines Rhodaniennes La Combe Pilate is simple, with notes of apricot, yellow fruit and sweet spices. An elegant wine, perfect as an aperitif, with goat's cheese or cooked fish.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, fermented and aged in demi-muids for 8 to 9 months. Malolactic fermentation. Very light stirring of the lees during the first months of ageing.Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic wine.
