Bottled at the end of February to celebrate the arrival of spring, the 2023 white Alsace Pinot Blanc Mise du Printemps embodies the freshness and delicacy of early youth. Tasty and crisp, it will win you over from the first sniff with its delicate floral nose featuring white peach and fresh fruit. The gentle, very supple mouthfeel, alongside notes of nectarine and juicy fruits, creates a lively and apparent whole, with a fresh and saline finish. This is a wine for immediate enjoyment, best savored simply.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Long, gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation in century-old wooden tuns. Aged on lees in old foudres until bottling.Residual sugar: 6.2g/l
