Facing southeast, the 2018 White Puligny-Montrachet reveals a beautiful expression of Chardonnay on these premier limestone soils. Notes of peach, fresh almond, and candied citrus first greet the nose, accompanied by a hint of spices, vanilla, and white flowers. The palate is both powerful and sharp, with a lovely richness and a very impressive zesty finish. It can be enjoyed now, especially with dishes like buttery perch, prawns, or monkfish stew.Vinification:
