The 2023 IGP Méditerranée Studio by Miraval Rosé is a significant Provencal rosé, characterized by its pale and nuanced color, a clean and fresh nose with light scents of crisp fruit. The palate is light, precise, and taut, energized with beautiful red fruit flavors. A subtle rosé, ideal for an aperitif. This cuvée was created in tribute to the "Studio" where Pink Floyd recorded the album "The Wall." In a Magnum format, it will be the star of your large gatherings!Vinification:
Manual harvest. Direct pressing of all grape varieties. Vinification of Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless-steel vats, followed by Grenache and Rolles partially in concrete tulip-shaped vats with rounded bottoms, generating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and resembles stirring.The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and eliminating any cork taint.
