Wine:

The 2023 IGP Méditerranée Studio by Miraval Rosé is a standout Provencal rosé, featuring a pale and nuanced hue, and a clean, fresh nose with light aromas of crisp fruit. The palate is light, precise, and taut, bursting with energy and beautiful red fruit flavors. A subtle rosé, ideal for an aperitif. This cuvée was created in homage to the "Studio" where Pink Floyd recorded the album "The Wall."

Vinification:

Manual harvest. Direct pressing of all grape varieties. Vinification of Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless-steel vats, followed by Grenache and Rolles partially in concrete tulip-shaped vats with rounded bottoms, generating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and resembles stirring.

The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and eliminating any cork taint.

Color:

Very pale rosé with very light, barely coppery rose-petal nuances.

Nose:

Very pure and fresh, with light granite apple aromas.

Palate:

Precise and well-structured, this rosé has a crisp, salivating profile, revealing lovely flavors of red berries and wild berries.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Ideal as an aperitif or with grilled fish.
