The 2022 Red Pommard opens with a pure, fresh, and vibrant nose of Pinot Noir. Its elegant mouthfeel, supported by a slight acidity, unfolds with finesse, featuring hints of licorice from the aging process, creating a cohesive and balanced ensemble. Hand harvested, totally destemmed. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a few days of hot fermentation.Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, including 30% new barrels.
