Wine:
A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from one hectare of vines, the 2020 Red Bordeaux Supérieur Michelot seduces by the very good maturity of its harvest, offering flavors of black cherry, blackberry and black currant in a vibrant and complex palate. Notes of spices support the whole, profiling a generous, juicy and easy to drink wine. A nice Bordeaux bottle to enjoy with friends or to keep for several more years in the cellar.Vinification:
Mechanical harvesting. Vines aged 35 years. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with pumping over. Aged in oak barrels of which 10% are new and 90% of one wine. Diam 5 cork.Certified Organic and Biodynamic wine by Demeter.

This Bordeaux region gem, already spotted by Parker, displays all the highest standards of great wines. Created in 2015, the young estate is run biodynamically by Sylvain and Kim Destrieux, on 25 hectares of land located in the Entre-deux-Mers sub-region.
