Wine:

The 2021 Red Bolgheri Il Bruciato is a wine of great stature, a masterpiece of Italian vineyards that composes with superb richness and density. The notes of spices and black fruits are offered with purity, associated with a smooth frame, with soft tannins, very accessible. A very nice wine to discover the scope of this signature, its style and its precision.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Slow pressing and vinification in stainless steel vats, the wines are then blended and aged in barrels for 10 months.

Color:

Intense ruby red.

Nose:

Beautiful aromas of red fruits underlined by spicy touches and a minty touch.

Palate:

Fresh and perfumed on a greedy and juicy fruit, this wine reveals a delicate and full-bodied frame with fine and silky tannins.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Effiloché of duck and its crushed sweet potato with spices, navarin of lamb with old-fashioned vegetables, beef steak and boletus sauce.
