Vinified without the addition of wood, the 2022 white Chablis releases fresh fruit and a lovely aromatic profile of white flowers and citrus. This is a taut and tonic white wine, extremely pleasant, very pure, stretched by a beautiful mineral persistence. Ideal for an aperitif, or paired with seafood or dry cheeses.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, gently pressed, vinified and aged on fine lees for 6 to 8 months in stainless steel vats, stirring of the lees, estate bottling, light fining.Color:
Bright pale yellow with silver highlights.Nose:
Fresh and delicate, with notes of citrus and white flowers.Palate:
Pure and invigorating with fresh fruit, this cuvée offers immediate pleasure, with chiseled juice and fine mineral persistence.
