Cette vieille variété endémique, que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs, offre des vins très originaux qui confirment le haut potentiel de la région, et que Brigitte et Claude Deforges préservent amoureusement.
Les rosés notamment dénotent de leurs pairs par leur chair, leur profondeur et leur subtilité, et trouvent ici une juste voie entre héritage provençal et modernité.

Of great style, the 2018 Rosé Côtes de Provence Château Cibon Hommage à Marius wine is intended for the table. Its ruddy, coppery, brick-colored hue is incredible and you can feel all the complexity acquired by time behind it. The nose mixes spices, saffron, candied orange, vermouth with some woody notes, in an amazing aromatic richness. The palate is exceptionally rich, thanks to a long maturation in wood, formulating a full wine of great character. It is a style that is completely out of the ordinary, for amateurs and the table, to be paired with a foie gras worked with smoked eel or a beautiful rabbit terrine. Olivier Poussier's favorite, rated 95/100.

Carried by the tibouren grape, the 2020 Rosé Cuvée Prestige Caroline Côtes de Provence is a unique rosé with beautiful orange and copper reflections. The nose, carried by the careful maturation, delivers milky, spicy, citrus peel, saffron, candied orange, pink grapefruit notes...A real complexity in the perfumes that continues on the palate with a rich and vinous structure. It is a rosé of high gastronomy, a true powerhouse. Pair it with a spicy tomato risotto or a barbecued lobster. A great wine to keep for up to 10 years! Rated 93/100 by the Committee.

The 2021 Red Tibouren Cuvée Spéciale Côtes de Provence is a Favorite from our Selection Committee, which rated it 92/100. Its expressive fruit, floral, between peony and rose, tinged with spices and cherry, traces the contours of a true Mediterranean wine. The palate is tasty, delicate and refined: what class! A wine to be enjoyed in a while or decanted with a southern cuisine, red mullet for example or lamb chops with a tian à la provençale.
