With two stars from La Revue du Vin de France, Domaine La Terrasse d’Elise is one of Languedoc’s most treasured estates. In the limestone and rounded-stone soils of Aniane, Xavier Braujou quietly crafts southern wines of real character—always fresh, remarkably refined, and well ahead of their time.
His benchmark? None other than Rayas. And once you taste his wines, the comparison makes perfect sense. Old vines, low yields, biodynamic principles, minimal intervention in the cellar, gentle extractions, and native yeasts—all come together to shape cuvées that now sit among the finest in the region. |

Made from 100% Cinsault, the 2022 Red IGP Pays d’Hérault Le Pradel is a standout wine—elegant, refined, and effortlessly drinkable. It opens with a vibrant mix of aromas: ripe plum, stone fruit, and cherry, lifted by delicate spice. The palate is all about finesse, with a silky texture, barely-there tannins, and a mouthwatering freshness. Serve it slightly chilled, around 12°C, and enjoy it over the next five years or more. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee. |
